I graduated from Salem State University Behavioral Therapy, received my certification as a Holistic Health and Healing Coach, and graduated from the Boston School Of Horticulture. I have 33 years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry. I had the opportunity to spend a year with Le Cordon Blue learning French cuisine. While I’m currently learning pastry arts with Auguste Escoffier of Culinary, I have one year of experience under my belt.
